after Tarja was fired, the rest of the band went off and did their own things, and Marco went back to his previous band, tarot, for a while. (because i guess most of them have their other bands they go back to when Nightwish isn't doing anything.) But yeah, he is still with Nightwish though.

Marco didn't leave, and i think Tarja got married to some argentinian guy. and that was partially why they fired her, because her dedication got to be more to her marriage and less to the band (not to mention her marriage was a secret for awhile in the first place).

and also, it's too bad they fired Tarja because she was one of the founding members. so it's a shame that she had been with the band that long and now she's not.

i know! they're super popular in Europe, but a lot of people in the US and Canada and places have never heard of them.

I saw them in concert last week and it was amazing.
